FundPeLoan acts as a sourcing and facilitation partner for loan products including Loan Against Securities (LAS) and Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF).

FundPeLoan partners with 50Fin Technologies Private Limited (“50Fin”), which acts as a Loan Service Provider (LSP) to Regulated Entities (NBFCs/Banks).

The respective Regulated Entity (NBFC/Bank) shall act as the Data Fiduciary for borrower data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and RBI Digital Lending Directions.

FundPeLoan and 50Fin process Personal Data strictly under contractual arrangements and solely for the purpose of facilitating loan processing and related services.

3. DEFINITIONS

Customer: Any User who has applied for or availed a credit facility from a Regulated Entity through the platform.
Lending Partner / Regulated Entity (RE): Any NBFC or Bank empanelled through 50Fin as Loan Service Provider. The updated list of Lending Partners may change from time to time.
Personal Data: Any information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual.
Third Parties: Includes 50Fin, Lending Partners, RTAs (CAMS, KFintech, MFCentral, NSDL), KYC providers, payment processors, SMS providers, auditors, regulatory authorities, and other authorised service providers.

4. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA

We collect Personal Data when you:

Register on our website
Submit loan enquiry/application forms
Upload documents
Interact with us via phone, email, or digital channels
